Fantastic hotel, all staff were extremely friendly. Check-in was easy and we pre-booked a parking space for our car in the underground carpark. Room was great with a decent lounge area, comfortable bed, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Good sized bathroom with ample-sized walk-in shower and also a bath. Location was excellent, within walking distance of all points-of-interest. On final day we requested that we leave our car in the underground parking later than the agreed 12:00 check out timing. Fully understood that this could not be guaranteed until the morning of departure but we very much appreciated that this request could be honoured. Highly recommend this hotel, we are going to aim to come back there for the Christmas markets in December.

Some of the staff was exceptionally kind! Michaela provided us with dishware so that we could reheat and eat leftovers a from the previous night's dinner out. The hotel was super close to the old city center.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect, 5 minutes walking to Little Venice. The hotel has free water bottles that you can take to your room which is nice because our room was warm since there's no AC until the Summer, we stayed in early April. There's a parking garage next to the hotel for $20 a night, just let the hotel know ahead of time to reserve a parking place. My daughter enjoyed the ice cream in the lobby and we enjoyed the beer on tap. Thank you!

The hotel is very close to the center, 5 minutes away. The breakfast is very tasty and varied, and a bakery with delicious products is right next to the hotel. We arrived at 4 in the morning, and the staff was very kind, they accompanied us to the parking lot, helped us with accommodation, and even waited for us at breakfast. Very, very kind. the room is spacious, the bed comfortable, Rituals bathroom products. They also have a small play area for children in the lobby, as well as a small boutique where you can buy snacks at night.

We reserved a parking place before our arrival and mentioned that we have a bike extention at the back of our car. When we arrived, our placed are already arranged and they took into account our car extention. We had a longer space. There is a drinking water machine which provides, normal water, sparkling water and cold water free of charge. There is also a bike room in the parking garage. We had a nice holidya there and I wpuld definetily recommend it.

Great location - just a couple of minutes to walk to the city center. Room was also great - with the second "subroom" for the kind. Room is also have Shower as well as bath.

The room was big and very comfortable. The bed was king-size and very comfortable. I liked that we had a lot of space for our luggage, and to move around the room. Location is excellent- the hotel is situated in a quiet street, and close to the Petite Venice and shopping. We felt very safe in this hotel. The staff were efficient and friendly.

The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable! The hotel's location is excellent as well, conveniently close to "Petit Venise." The reception staff were lovely and very helpful, offering us welcome cookies and great recommendations for nearby restaurants.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, excellent location, fantastic facilities. This hotel should be rated 10/10 from everyone. Everything was perfect. They provided everything we asked for, great space for kids, good size rooms with everything you need, clean and comfy and the most polite staff member. Breakfast was excellent too! I would go back again and again! Thank you for a great stay!
