Novotel Suites Colmar Centre

Some of the staff was exceptionally kind! Michaela provided us with dishware so that we could reheat and eat leftovers a from the previous night's dinner out. The hotel was super close to the old city center.

We reserved a parking place before our arrival and mentioned that we have a bike extention at the back of our car. When we arrived, our placed are already arranged and they took into account our car extention. We had a longer space. There is a drinking water machine which provides, normal water, sparkling water and cold water free of charge. There is also a bike room in the parking garage. We had a nice holidya there and I wpuld definetily recommend it.

The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable! The hotel's location is excellent as well, conveniently close to "Petit Venise." The reception staff were lovely and very helpful, offering us welcome cookies and great recommendations for nearby restaurants.

The room is great. The breakfast was great, with local made bread. The only problem that we encountered was the noise from the air con in the room. We talked to the staff. They were very helpful and reacted promptly. However, it was the peak season and summer was really hot. They could not make the generator quiet. But the overall experience was great other than the air con.

Modern, updated rooms with plenty of space and nice amenities. The breakfast is excellent with many local products and fresh breads. The staff are excellent and helpful. On-street (pay) parking was easy to find. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from Little Venice. We have stayed many times in Colmar. This is a great place to stay in the area.
