The rooms are nice and modern, with a clean feel, and very spacious. The beds are big and very comfortable. The staff is lvoely; polite and helpful. The hotel is in a very quiet location, away from the crowds of Colmar's centre, but still a 10 minute walk from it.

I stayed with my son for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was very spacious,, comfortable and extremely clean. There was separate bathroom and toilet, which was great. The bathroom is also spacious and had Rituals products (shower gel, shampoo, hand wash) - which was nice. The breakfast was enjoyable and had a lot of variety. The Wi-Fi works perfect. Also there was a coffee machine in the room including a very useful kitchen sink in the cupboard. We received welcome Christmas biscuits. Really appreciated the warm welcoming in this hotel. The location is very good also for the old town and Christmas market. Walking distance for not more of 5-10 minutes. We really enjoy our stay and would highly recommend it!!!! It absolutely deserved 10 out of 10!

Nice hotel, check-in and checkout was easy, location is perfect, you can go on foot everywhere. There's bakery and pharmacy right next to hotel and 15-20 min walk from train station. The room is more than spacious. You have almost lobby before bedroom. Moreover it has separate bathroom and toilet which is nice. The bathroom has impressive shower. Overall room is really nice, clean with style. Also you have microwave, small fridge and coffee machine. For parking I do not know, we used train.

The location of the hotel was superb! 10 minutes walk to Little Venice. The staffs were all so nice, polite and friendly. I don't know her name but there was one lady who was helping during breakfast and her manner and the service she provided was exceptional. It was Halloween so they also hired an artist to do face/hand painting for the children and my kids loved it. The room was adequate for four of us. The shower was big and really comfortable. The coffee and tea bags provided in the room was excellent. The breakfast was excellent, great selection of cheese, and the bread was freshly made and lovely.

location - just few minutes from the center, easy access by car from the motorway, parking top - our X5 fitted in comfortably, staff very friendly and helpful, very good breakfast, comfortable room for 2+2, very well equipped tea&coffee corner in the room with microwave, normal bed covers (not the french style sheets that block your moves ;o)). At the reception there is also a fridge with jarred ready to eat food that you can purchase 24h/7 and heat up in microwave - e.g. soups, pasta, Colmar is beautiful and we were really sorry we could only stay 1 night.

An excellent location for the old town in Colmar and for going to the villages and tourist spots in Alsace, a large suite with all the equipment needed for comfort. A large and luxurious bath. Excellent breakfast, the hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The reserved and private parking at the hotel was a huge advantage for us.

Walking distance to the historic center but away from the crowds, stylish hotel with a cozy feel, modern family rooms, comfortable beds, sparkling clean, great amenities and very hospitable staff. We stayed here for the Xmas market season and highly recommend it! We loved the little welcome gifts on arrival for kids and grown-ups, the convenient parking and how close it was to the center and would recommend it to other families.

We stayed at this hotel in the middle of November, the room is spacious, the staff is very kind and the location is perfect, 5 minutes' walk to the city center.

Perfect location, easy to find. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Underground parking lot was nice although exiting the parking lot with a bigger car was a bit challenging due to the tight corners. The hotel contacted us immediately after booking in order to reserve the parking, which was great.
